Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 18 July 2026

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bomb Beauty Co Wholesale Stockist. By applying for and using a wholesale account, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to genuine beauty businesses, salons, educators, retailers and industry professionals. Bomb Beauty Co reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Minimum Opening Order

A minimum opening order of $400 AUD (excluding shipping) is required to activate a wholesale account.

3. Minimum Ongoing Orders

There is no minimum spend on future orders unless otherwise advised by Bomb Beauty Co.

4. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Payment

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless a prior written agreement has been made.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly supplied products. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

8. Product Availability

Products are supplied subject to stock availability. Bomb Beauty Co reserves the right to discontinue or replace products without notice.

9. Approved Sales Channels

Wholesale products may be sold through your approved business, salon, clinic, retail store or website.

Bomb Beauty Co products must not be sold on third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Temu
  • Wish
  • AliExpress

without prior written approval.

10. Branding

Bomb Beauty Co trademarks, logos, product images and branding remain the property of Bomb Beauty Co and may not be altered or used in a misleading manner.

11. Account Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Additional business information may be requested before approval.

12. Account Suspension

Bomb Beauty Co reserves the right to suspend or cancel any wholesale account where these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

13. Privacy

Business information supplied during the application process will only be used to assess your application and manage your wholesale account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

Bomb Beauty Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By submitting a Wholesale Account Application, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is true and correct.
  • You have read and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
  • You acknowledge that Bomb Beauty Co may verify your business details before approving your account.
